Job Title: Art Director

Since 2018, we've partnered with next-gen challenger brands and established businesses, helping them connect with their audiences through thoughtful brand identity, storytelling, and content strategies. Our work spans both in-house initiatives and client collaborations, always with the aim of delivering impactful results, whether through digital marketing, new product development, or creative strategy.
We're seeking a Creative Director or Art Director who is ready to help shape brands that leave a lasting impression across digital and physical spaces.
What You’ll Do:
Lead our projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
Shape the look and feel of our communication assets and brand style across web, brand decks, and design/media sites.
Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into final designs.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excels in both conceptual thinking and hands-on design execution.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and other design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with different teams.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-notch work.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working with consumer products.
Knowledge of web design, motion graphics, and video editing.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
